5. Information Availability
M.E.I. Safe is designed to improve access to user-selected emergency information, but information may not always be available. Availability may be affected by circumstances including:

- QR or NFC damage

6. QR and NFC Products
M.E.I. Safe bracelets, cards, tags, keychains and similar products are information-access tools.
They do not monitor vital signs, diagnose medical conditions or automatically determine medical treatment unless a future M.E.I. Safe product expressly provides such functionality and has received any approvals required by applicable law.
